Customer Requirement

The customer needed a custom packaging solution for disposable laryngoscope blades. The packaging must withstand steam sterilization, provide excellent puncture resistance, and be suitable for medical device export to Pakistan.

Our Solution

We recommended high-thickness PET/CPP composite bags combined with Tyvek dialysis strips. This structure offers strong puncture resistance, good breathability, and reliable sterile barrier performance after sterilization.

Design & Sampling

We customized the bag size according to the laryngoscope dimensions, designed the English printing layout, and revised the artwork until the customer confirmed it. After sample approval, we arranged mass production in a clean workshop.

Result

The final packaging effectively protects laryngoscope blades during transportation, supports steam sterilization, and meets the customer’s export packaging requirements. The customer has placed repeat orders for this custom sterilization bag.
